Heart attacks, strokes, or convulsions have a way of creeping up on us without warning. Each passing minute after Cardiac Arrest can reduce the chance of survival by as much as 10%, knowing what to do is critical. If you want to reduce the effects of a burn, fracture, or allergic reaction then you need to know what to do. Knowing first aid will place you in a position where you can take the appropriate action to help someone in an emergency.

Can you help out in your Community? … Most residents are expecting emergency responders are going to be available to help right away in a disaster. Not the case. Emergency responders can take hours, sometimes days to arrive. They may not be able to gain access to some area’s due to roads blocked, power lines down ,floods, traffic Etc! You are on your own.
